At 9:15 - on another so-called Smolensk anniversary - a statement by PiS Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński is scheduled.
His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Silvia, will pay an official visit to the Republic of Poland.
At 11:00, an official welcoming ceremony is planned, followed at 11:15 by a meeting with the Presidential Couple, at 11:40 by plenary talks, and at 12:20 by a meeting with media representatives. The final item on the agenda is an official dinner at 19:30.
At 11:15, a press conference will be held in the Sejm by the head of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, PiS Vice-Chairman Tobiasz Bocheński, and MPs Andrzej Kosztowniak and Jacek Sasin.
At 12:00, a Council of Ministers meeting will commence. The agenda includes, among other items, a draft amendment to the act on health protection against the consequences of tobacco and tobacco product use, as well as a draft amendment to the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan.
At 15:00, a meeting will take place between President Karol Nawrocki and Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, and President of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) Adam Glapiński. The topic will be the proposal - Polish SAFE 0%.
At 17:00, a meeting with PiS Vice-Chairman and candidate for Prime Minister, Przemysław Czarnek, will be held in Iława.

At 11:30, the extraordinary parliamentary committee will consider the government's draft acts on the status of a next-of-kin in a relationship and on a common-law marriage agreement, along with their implementing provisions.
At 12:00, the parliamentary constitutional liability committee will, in a closed session, hear testimony from Dorota Szymanek, Krzysztof Senderowicz, Kamila Sukiennik, and Robert Szumski - in the matter of the preliminary motion to bring NBP President Adam Glapiński to constitutional liability before the State Tribunal.
