The second reading of the parliamentary draft resolution concerning "actions necessary for the Constitutional Tribunal to meet the requirements of a court established by law, independent and impartial" is scheduled for Thursday – meaning the Sejm will adopt the aforementioned proposal during this session.

The adoption of the resolution is to be linked with filling vacancies in the Constitutional Tribunal by electing 6 judges. It can be assumed that, in practice, the coalition intends to have a "backstop" to resume the publication of the tribunal's judgments, once judges elected by the current majority have been appointed.
