- In the balance of primary and secondary income accounts, meaning those where no reciprocal benefits accompany transfers, our state's balance of payments shows an annual outflow of around 140 billion Polish złoty. - This happened because the economic development model that we embraced in the 90s and the 10s of this century was a model of dependent development. [...] It has led us to a place of immense dependence today, with a massive outflow of capital from Poland, 140 billion annually, a sum only 50 billion złoty less than the entire SAFE fund for 50 years - he continued.

- What to do about it? This is a question I have been asking myself for 20 years, and I try to contribute at least a tiny brick to reverse this historical and economic destiny in which we currently find ourselves. And part of the answer can be found in this report - he indicated.
