- The European Commission will be able to blackmail us – representatives of Confederation say, for example, on television programs. This is nonsense, of course. We have said this many times. Firstly, the SAFE program was prepared in its entirety, it is the result of the Polish presidency - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM).
