- The SAFE program allegedly prevents financing and acquiring armaments from the USA – this is, of course, nonsense. Contracts with the USA are being fulfilled and will continue to be fulfilled according to plan. The SAFE program is about something entirely different. It’s about strengthening Polish security and developing the Polish armaments industry, so we have greater capabilities, and these matters are complementary. In this case, coffee doesn’t exclude tea – stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
