- We must never allow Poland to be tied to the SAFE loan, which is a German loan. As we heard from the minister responsible for SAFE, we still don't know how much of this loan we will have to repay to Ukraine, and this is the subject of our negotiations with Ukraine. This means that SAFE is a loan we are taking on terms that are not fully known, and from which we will have to return an entirely unknown portion to Ukraine; it is subject to negotiation - stated Przemysław Czarnek on TV Republika.
