Powoli staje się jasne, że program SAFE to KPO na sterydach. Ma wszystkie wady KPO... i jeszcze kilka innych.

1. Wiemy już, że środki z SAFE będą objęte mechanizmem warunkowości i że pieniądze dla Węgier zostaną zablokowane od samego początku (!). Podobnie jak w wypadku KPO…
