Court Postpones Hearing on Ziobro Case

- Due to the fact that [the court] found deficiencies in the submitted material, specifically that classified materials were not actually provided to the court, this deficiency will be rectified. The court has ordered these materials to be submitted within 7 days. They will be provided, and then the court will be able to proceed - stated Prosecutor Piotr Woźniak during a press briefing at the District Court in Warsaw-Mokotów.

- The hearing has been postponed in connection with the above, for a swift review of the prosecution's motion, until mid-January - he added.
