- I don't know if it's a chain. I used that phrasing only because the Prime Minister used it. However, if the Prime Minister hadn't spoken in such language, we could have had a different debate. But Prime Minister Tusk, very often, if we look at his activities, I have the impression he is an implementer of a policy other than solely Polish ones.
