- A dog that is taken under care and treated ruthlessly and cruelly, kept in a tiny cage or on a chain, is something that people shouldn't do to dogs. And most Poles think so, and rightly so. We have this sensitivity here. It's beautiful that we have this sensitivity - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń."

- It is incomprehensible to me that, against the evident, decisive will of the majority of Poles, this possibility of cruelly keeping dogs on chains, simply causing suffering, is maintained - she stated.
