- First and foremost, I would like the bill prepared by the President to be on the government's work agenda. This bill fundamentally changes things and is primarily the President's response to the voices of animal welfare advocates, so that this bill, the one the President proposed by vetoing the chain law, moves to parliamentary proceedings, said Rafał Leśkiewicz in "3 Questions at the End of the Day" on Radio Zet.
