Tuesday's Political Agenda: Tusk at the Eastern Flank Summit, President at 'Wujek' Mine Pacification Anniversary, Commission on Veto

Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in the Eastern Flank Summit in Helsinki. His arrival is scheduled for 10:00 AM Polish time, followed by a working session titled "EU Support for Eastern Flank States" at 10:15 AM, and a family photo at 11:00 AM.

At 12:20 PM, the head of the Polish government will take part in a working session on "Securing the Eastern Flank - The Path Forward." A joint press conference is planned for 2:00 PM following the conclusion of the summit.

In Katowice, President Karol Nawrocki will attend the commemoration of the 44th anniversary of the pacification of the "Wujek" mine. A Holy Mass is scheduled for 1:00 PM, followed by commemorative ceremonies and an address by the head of state at 2:45 PM.

At 1:00 PM, the extraordinary Sejm commission for animal protection will consider the request of the President of the Republic of Poland to re-examine the amendment to the Animal Protection Act – referred to as the chain law. The Sejm is expected to address the presidential veto during its session, which begins tomorrow.
