- I know this is a deficit of 4 billion zlotys, but when I see what the contribution increase went towards, and the whole rise in healthcare spending, as you well know, it went towards increasing the salaries of doctors and nurses. I wanted doctors and nurses to earn more than a few years ago, but for God's sake, not 300,000 a month, because such cases exist - he continued.

- I believe that it can be approached differently. It is better to organize healthcare with the same money, introduce certain restrictions to prevent such absurdities, and alleviate entrepreneurs who are simply barely able to pay the health contribution - he said further, when asked if the Minister of Health had approached savings from the wrong angle.
