President's Spokesperson Suggests Sikorski Doesn't Know the Polish Constitution

- The Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski, before he takes the parliamentary tribune, should first dedicate some time to reading the constitution, not just reading it, but also understanding the provisions of the constitution. The currently binding supreme legal act in the Republic of Poland. With particular attention, he should read Chapter 5, which refers to the competencies of the head of state. It clearly indicates what competencies the President possesses and how the President exercises his rights and his mandate - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on "Gość Dzisiaj" on Telewizja Republika.
