"There should clearly be a reaction from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I have not seen such a reaction, and I suppose you haven't heard of the Ministry reacting either," said Zbigniew Bogucki on wPolsce24 television, when asked if the German ambassador should be recalled after a tweet directed at MEP Mularczyk.

"Can one say that such a report, presenting a bill to the Germans, is playing along with Putin? People who built Nord Stream 1? People who built Nord Stream 2? Over the heads of Poles, over the heads of Ukrainians, against European interests, they became dependent on Russia. Do they have the audacity today, including the ambassador, to say such things here, in Poland, in Warsaw?" he continued.

"This is absolutely scandalous. Where is the reaction of the Polish government, where is the reaction of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs? It's absent," he added.
