"Yes, it will be one of the generals from the National Security Bureau, he will be at this meeting," Zbigniew Bogucki said on the program "Minęła 20:05" on wPolsce24 television, when asked about the extraordinary meeting of the government National Security Committee announced by Prime Minister Tusk and whether it was known who would represent the president.

"But this is not some extraordinary meeting, because it takes place cyclically; the circumstances are extraordinary because the government has not coped, so, I understand, Donald Tusk is now trying to get out of this difficult situation," he continued.

"I don't think there will be any breakthrough information there; the government doesn't cope in such crisis situations," he went on to say.
