- All those judges who today overturn convictions, even of murderers who admitted guilt to life imprisonment for the murder of their wife and children with particular cruelty, all those judges who overturn these verdicts because they think there are some neo-judges in the courts, and thus undermine the prerogatives of the President of the Republic of Poland and disregard the provisions of the constitution and laws, we will hold them accountable disciplinarily and cause their removal from the judicial profession - said Przemysław Czarnek at a press conference.

- It is not possible in Poland to tolerate a situation where a judge, for reasons completely devoid of legal basis, overturns a life sentence for a murderer who himself admitted to the murder of his wife and children - Przemysław Czarnek continued.
