- There is no law in Poland other than the law based on the Constitution and statutes. And no sub-statutory regulations, decrees, or orders from people who believe they will regulate the legal order extra-legally, bind the state, nor do they bind those who wish to faithfully serve the Republic of Poland. It is obvious that in your work you will be interpreting the law, but always based on the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and specific statutes - said President Karol Nawrocki during the ceremony of awarding judicial and assessor nominations.
