And now, Waldemar Żurek illegally, unlawfully, wants to implement the principle of Judge Milewski, the judge on the phone, which was exposed by the media several years ago, as a rule in Polish courts. This is pathology, it is not the restoration of the rule of law in any way; it is the restoration of communism, because during communism, this is precisely how it was ensured that court rulings were acceptable to the authorities, that certain judges would rule.
