Kaczyński:

- The Constitution is best simply enacted in accordance with the provisions of the existing one. 2/3 of the votes, over half in the Senate. A long procedure, much longer than for ordinary laws and more complicated, but 2/3 of the votes is not easy to obtain, so we must also look for other possibilities. Not to break the Constitution, but to acknowledge that the current one practically does not apply at this moment - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Łódź.
