"Energy cannot be a luxury. It is fundamental to the functioning and security of every family and every company. Like water and air. We know what to do so that Polish families do not experience hardship when the electricity or heating bill arrives. We have concrete solutions," Mateusz Morawiecki states in a video published on X.

The video proposes reducing electricity bills by 30% through cuts to VAT, distribution tariffs, and "other irrational fees." It also mentions, among other things, changes to the Clean Air program, ending subsidies for electric cars, investing in energy storage systems, and introducing a social tariff for electricity at 0.30 PLN/kWh and for heating at 100 PLN/GJ.
