At 12:00, a meeting of the Council of Ministers will commence. On the agenda are a draft amendment to the Law on the System of Common Courts, and a draft amendment to the Road Traffic Law – in practice, this concerns enabling 17-year-olds to obtain a Category B driving license and introducing mandatory helmet use for children under 16 when riding bicycles and electric scooters.

Tuesday also marks the first day of the Monetary Policy Council (RPP) meeting.

The head of Polish diplomacy, Radosław Sikorski, will present the Lech Wałęsa Solidarity Award in Miami. As he announced on social media, a bilateral meeting with his American counterpart, Senator Marco Rubio, is also planned.

The recipient of the Award will be a prominent representative of the Cuban opposition, repeatedly persecuted for their beliefs and fight for human rights. During his visit to Miami, Minister Radosław Sikorski will meet with representatives of the Cuban diaspora, the Polish community, and politicians from both the Republican and Democratic parties.

Also, today, several press conferences organized by Civic Platform (KO) will take place as part of an informational campaign concerning health education.
