Bosak:

President's Policy Aligns More with Confederation's Expectations; PiS Is At a Loss

– I don't believe there has been a change in PiS's stance [towards Ukrainian citizens]. In my opinion, they don't quite know what to do with a situation where the president they supported is pursuing a policy closer to what the Confederation expected than their own, – said Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Plus's "Sedno sprawy" (The Crux of the Matter) program.

– Regarding the bill that the president vetoed, they themselves abstained in the Sejm during the vote on the motion to reject it. They were, in my opinion, supporters of extending privileges for Ukrainians in Poland, at least the party leadership, – he stated.

– I believe they haven't changed their stance yet, but, so to speak, they are getting used to the idea that their very pro-Ukrainian views have diverged from the sentiments of the voters, – he added.
