– Of course, I will not rule by decrees. I can't, I might wish to sometimes, but obviously not. Where a law is needed, we will submit these draft laws regardless, but because the President – and these are quite clear initial signals – is rather inclined to veto, we are simultaneously looking for, as in the case of wind farms, methods that do not require legislative changes – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference.
