Kosiniak-Kamysz on Presidential Vetoes:

Adopting a Strategy That Destroyed the First Polish Republic and Led to Its Downfall.

"These [the president's vetoes] represent the adoption of that strategy which destroyed the First Polish Republic, led to its downfall, and to the partitions. The Liberum Veto – the abuse of the 'I freely forbid' principle back then – meant that the May 3rd Constitution reacted too late. Every nobleman in the Sejm could halt resolutions being passed, and this led to paralysis. [...] Going down this path is following the worst traditions," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.
