Fogiel on the consequences of Nawrocki’s veto:

Nobody is shutting anything down for anyone.

First of all, nobody is shutting anything down for anyone [referring to the Starlink system]. Everything will function until the end of September, and in the bill that Mr. President submitted – because this is not a situation where Mr. President vetoes and gives nothing in return, and tells the government to 'deal with it yourselves.' Mr. President is submitting his own draft law, very similar in many elements to the government’s bill, with his own expectations – stated Radosław Fogiel on the 'Graffiti' program on Polsat News, when asked about Nawrocki's veto of the bill on aid for Ukrainians.

So, let's get to work! That means a reduction of the 800 Plus benefit, a reduction of medical benefits, and supplementing the IPN Act and the Penal Code with what is contained in the slogan 'stop Banderism.' And in this draft law, all these issues – Starlink, and the legalization of stay, about which the ruling party is also raising the alarm – they are all resolved. So, there is no problem [...] There's even no need to call an extraordinary Sejm session [the Sejm meets on September 9th] – Fogiel continued.
