Mroczek on the deportation of 63 individuals after Max Korzh's concert at Warsaw's National Stadium:

Only those with confirmed criminal offenses.

These 63 individuals, mentioned by the Prime Minister, following that concert at the National Stadium, are people who committed criminal offenses by violating mass event regulations, engaging in a brawl with security personnel on the stadium grounds, as well as those who committed misdemeanors there – stated Czesław Mroczek in 'Poranna rozmowa' on RMF FM, when asked about the deportation of 63 individuals after Max Korzh's concert at the National Stadium in Warsaw, in connection with these individuals' alleged commission of prohibited acts.

Of course, I don't recall every single one of these cases; besides, the Border Guard is currently handling them and has not yet concluded all matters. However, regarding deportation, it only applies to those with a confirmed commission of a criminal offense […]. Here, the most severe penalty in this matter for these individuals is a ban on entry into the Schengen Area, as that is a direct consequence of this case – he continued.
