"This constitution is bad; it absolutely needs to be changed. The only good thing those people, our opponents, have done is that it doesn't really apply today," Jarosław Kaczyński said in Gdańsk.

"We will certainly want to proceed in a manner consistent with the law. There is such a concept as 'renewal.' Of course, it can apply to a house, but it can also apply to law, to the constitution. There is certainly such a path through the renewal of the constitution. Even without a constitutional majority, we can and should take this path," he indicated.
