Zbigniew Ziobro is not above the law. He is obliged to appear and give testimony when summoned by a parliamentary investigation committee, just like any other citizen who receives such a summons - wrote Adam Bodnar on social media.
- In accordance with current law, I have today submitted to the Marshal of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, a request from the Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Committee on Pegasus to authorize the Sejm to detain and compulsorily bring Zbigniew Ziobro to a session of this Committee - wrote the Minister of Justice.
