– Of course, the president is consistent, but the circumstances have changed. Time has changed, circumstances have changed. Today is actually the finale of the biggest clash over whether Andrzej Duda's presidency, the changes that began in 2015, will be continued. – Politicians, but not only politicians, can, and even should, change their perspective on certain matters.
