– I have decided to file a criminal complaint regarding the suspicion of committing an offense by members of the illegally operating Pegasus parliamentary committee [this does not apply to MP Wipler]. Why illegally operating? The public is well aware of our reasoning. The Constitutional Tribunal issued a ruling on September 10 last year, in light of which this committee was established with blatant flaws from the perspective of the Polish constitution. Among other things, the resolution on the establishment of this committee was passed incorrectly, which, according to the Constitutional Tribunal, discredits and disqualifies the committee's ability to operate – stated Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.
