Sejm Discusses Next Year's Budget

Today marks the final day of the Sejm's three-day session. The lower house will resume proceedings at 9:00 AM and commence the first reading of the government's draft budget bill for 2026 and the accompanying budget law. The debate on these two points will occupy the majority of the day, lasting until 4:00 PM.

From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, voting is scheduled. Subsequently, at 5:00 PM, MPs will begin the first reading of the bill proposed by PiS, which aims to criminalize patostreaming.

Żurek on Rule of Law Bill Provisions

At 11:00 AM, a press conference will be held by the Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General, Waldemar Żurek, along with the Deputy Minister of Justice, Dariusz Mazur. The press conference will present the draft rule of law bill.

Kierwiński on Flood Control Reservoir Construction

At 11:15 AM, a press conference will begin with the participation of the Head of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, Marcin Kierwiński, Deputy Minister Magdalena Roguska, and Minister of Infrastructure, Dariusz Klimczak. The topic of the conference will be the construction of the Kamieniec Ząbkowicki flood control reservoir.

Siemoniak at Conference

At 9:00 AM, the XXVII International Border Security Conference and Exhibition - InSec 2025 will commence. During the opening of the event, a statement is expected from the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services, Tomasz Siemoniak.

Glapiński's Press Conference

At 3:00 PM, the monthly press conference of the NBP President, Adam Glapiński, will take place. The subject will be an assessment of the current economic situation in the country.

Conferences by Razem and PiS

At 9:30 AM, a press conference will be held by the Razem party, with participation from Adrian Zandberg, Marcelina Zawisza, Maciej Konieczny, Marta Stożek, and Paulina Matysiak.

At 12:00 PM, a conference is scheduled with PiS MPs Mariusz Krystian, Andrzej Adamczyk, and Paweł Szrot. Meanwhile, at 1:30 PM, a press conference will be held with the Head of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, and MPs Zbigniew Kuźmiuk, Jacek Sasin, and Marek Wesoły.
