In my opinion, with a high degree of probability, this budget will be sent to the Constitutional Tribunal, and everything points to it, because the CT has a maximum of 2 months to consider such complaints. By January 31st, meaning 4 months from the moment the budget entered the Sejm, there will be no budget act, in the sense that it will be published in the Journal of Laws. In this situation, the President will be able to dissolve parliament. Of course, these are speculations, we don't know what the President will do – stated Zbigniew Kuźmiuk at a press conference.
