- Alcohol in packaging that resembles fruit puree tubes for children – no, that trick won't fly here. Today, I have put on high alert all officials tasked with finding absolutely effective methods to counteract this practice - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording published on social media. - It's about using existing legal provisions – among others, the Chief Sanitary Inspector is already conducting inspections – and preparing a regulation, preferably by midnight tonight, that's the task given to the Minister of Agriculture, as his ministry is responsible for control in this matter. The Minister of Health will prepare a law for the future that will systematically eliminate such threats - announced the head of government. As Tusk emphasized: - There is no room for any negotiations here. This type of threat must disappear. And those who allowed this to happen can certainly expect consequences.
