At 8:30 AM, the Pegasus Investigative Committee will question the former head of the Internal Security Agency, Piotr Pogonowski.

At 8:45 AM, a press conference by PiS MPs Radosław Fogiel, Paweł Jabłoński, and Marcin Przydacz will be held in the Sejm. Also at 8:45 AM, a press conference by the presidium of the Pegasus Investigative Committee is scheduled. The topic: Ziobro to appear before the Committee.

At 9:00 AM, voting will commence, including on the citizens' draft amendment to the social pension act.

The first reading of the government's draft act on population protection and civil defense is scheduled for 10:00 AM. The project concerns the creation of a population protection system that can be transformed into civil defense.

At 12:00 PM, the first reading of the government's draft amendment to the Value Added Tax act will begin. The proposal concerns the adaptation of Polish law to European Union regulations regarding, among other things, the simplification of administrative obligations related to VAT for small businesses operating in different EU countries.

Following this, first readings will take place – this time of a draft amendment to the Value Added Tax act submitted by PiS, and then a draft amendment to the National Revenue Administration Act, championed by Ryszard Petru.

At 1:00 PM, the extraordinary commission for anti-flood activities and remediation of flood consequences from 2024 will convene to consider two projects – a government one and a parliamentary one, submitted by PiS MPs.

At 4:00 PM, the first reading of the PiS-proposed draft aimed at increasing the legal protection of soldiers, police officers, and Border Guard officers whose assets were violated during the performance of their duties or tasks will be held.

At 5:30 PM, the second reading of the government's draft act on the revenues of local self-government units will begin. This concerns changes in the scope of local government revenues from participation in income taxes.
