It is no secret that Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz is not actually Deputy Prime Minister, but rather a Deputy Minister in Minister Tomczyk's department, because it is Minister Tomczyk, together with General Różański, who make these key decisions - said Andrzej Śliwka at a press conference.
