We are living through a dramatic moment.
- 33 years ago, it seemed that the specters of the 20th century had been defeated once and for all, and that as Europeans, we had learned to live in peace, respecting our neighbors' borders. Unfortunately, it turned out that not everyone thought so. That is why it is so important that we have met here, among countries representing 40% of the EU's entire population and 1/3 of its political power, because the moment is indeed dramatic - said Radosław Sikorski in Weimar, at a joint press conference with the Foreign Ministers of France and Germany.
