Schetyna on the KRS Act: If Judges Don't Accept the Senate's Amendment, We'll Revisit This in a New Way. If There's a Signal That Duda Won't Sign It, We'll Have to Wait for a New President
- We are returning to consultations. If there is no acceptance from the judicial community for this amendment [to the KRS act], we will simply revisit this in a new way, Grzegorz Schetyna said on TVP Info.
- If there is such a signal that President Duda will not sign [...] such an amendment [...] in its initial form, then I believe we must do everything to wait for a new president and a new term. We must be patient; we cannot do this against the judicial community, he continued.
