We Will Build Shelters, They Want to Turn Local Government into a Haven for Fat Cats. They're Going There to Move Their Litter Boxes from State-Owned Companies

- Why do I recall that debate? Not just because of the eloquence, the message, and the success we achieved with that performance, but because of one phrase. It was about fat cats, about their litter boxes, so that fat cats would pack up their litter boxes from state-owned companies. [...] Today they see that it's ending, that they are losing these positions, sometimes with multi-million zloty incomes. And just as we say: we will build shelters and places of refuge for the population, we are writing about this in the new Civil Defence Act and we will introduce it, they want to turn local government into a haven for fat cats, and we cannot allow that. They are going to local government in order to move those litter boxes from state-owned companies and enrich themselves now at the expense of the local community's assets - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at the Third Way convention in Płock.
