PiS Has Always Been Focused on the EU

- PiS's course has always been towards the EU. I will prove to you that this opinion has no basis in fact. From the very EU referendum, PiS was in favour of Poland joining the EU. Back then, Porozumienie Centrum (Centre Agreement), the predecessor to Lech and Jarosław Kaczyński's party, was one of the first to postulate Poland's entry into the EU and European structures, even in the 90s, when many of today's Euro-enthusiasts didn't believe it was possible at all. Poland is and wants to be a member of the EU, but the EU must be based on treaty principles - stated Radosław Fogiel in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
