The recent two-day decline is a typical weekend effect of reduced testing; several signals suggest growth is slowing.

“This decline we’ve seen over the last two days is a typical weekend effect of a reduction in the number of tests and reported cases. The same happened on previous weekends. Ahead of us are one or two very, very important weeks where we will see whether the trend of very rapid, dynamic growth continues, or if this growth will subside. There are several signals indicating that the growth is becoming progressively slower” – said Minister Adam Niedzielski in an interview with Michał Adamczyk on TVP Info’s “Gość Wiadomości”.
