“[Generosity] is a relative concept. Various negotiation techniques are used, but let's wait a few weeks for the results of the negotiations. We will know the new government structure, the number of ministries, and we will know how many departments will go to smaller partners. We have repeatedly emphasized publicly that the quality of governance is most important to us.
