The so-called "political non-actor" Rafał Trzaskowski is still, as of today, the Deputy Chairman of Civic Platform, Budka's deputy. Budka's deputy, I apologize, Tusk's deputy, and he was probably Tusk's deputy for a moment in the EPP in 2019 as well. He resigned then, while Tusk remained. Here is the best proof of that.
