Therefore, we are submitting an amendment to Article 198a, point 2, we want to change the wording so that the Sejm Presidium, by a qualified majority of votes, and not the Sejm Marshal, decides on conducting a Sejm sitting using electronic communication means, after consulting the Convention of Seniors - said Anna Maria Żukowska in the Sejm. - We are concerned about the decision that appears here and the phrasing of an epidemic threat or epidemic state.
