Here we will demonstrate how many provisions of international law, European law, and the Constitution are being violated by the solutions adopted in the Sejm. But here we will also show the public why the adoption of these regulations is so very dangerous from the perspective of our national interests. As Chairman Klich pointed out, in a situation of international tensions, we should base our security and position on the international stage on close cooperation with our partners in the EU. Meanwhile, this law, this gag law, unfortunately, only and exclusively deepens our conflict with our partners in the EU, and therefore we want to warn the government in the Senate, but also to make the public aware that by adopting such solutions, we are in fact exposing the security of Poles to a very, very great threat. Therefore, we will do everything in the Senate to ensure that this law is first thoroughly discussed, and then that we in the Sejm can adopt the Senate's motion to reject this law in its entirety – stated Borys Budka at a briefing in the Senate.
