On the other hand, there is court proceedings and a relevant, legally binding ruling, and a prosecutor's motion. And these mechanisms must be utilized. Let's not talk about changing the constitution, because it's not a good idea. The constitution has been the same from the very beginning, only amendments are introduced to it.
