Government Rapidly Pushing Through Amendment to Social Pension Act
Government Rapidly Pushing Through Amendment to Social Pension Act
The draft project appeared on the Public Information Bulletin (RCL) website yesterday. The government has maximally shortened the period for interdepartmental consultations and opinion-forming - until today at 4:00 PM, so theoretically the project could be adopted this week. The amendment proposes to change the amount of the social pension by increasing it to the amount of the lowest pension due to total incapacity for work, which is PLN 1029.80.
